Our catalogue

This website presents our launch preview catalogue. Product descriptions, materials and prices are given in good faith in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a detail is marked as being confirmed with our supplier, the confirmed detail will be stated in your order confirmation email and will govern your order.

Orders and confirmation

Placing an order through the checkout does not take payment and does not by itself complete a purchase. Your order is confirmed when we reply by email confirming your items, availability, delivery charges and the total amount, and you accept that confirmation. This protects you from paying for anything that is unavailable or mispriced.

Prices and payment

Prices shown are for the items only; delivery charges are confirmed in the order email. Online payment is not currently active. We will never ask you to pay through an unofficial channel or to an individual by name — payment instructions, when given, come only in our confirmation email from the store's email address.

Delivery and exchange

Delivery follows our shipping policy (2–4 working days across Pakistan) and exchanges follow our returns and size exchange policy. Both are part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate delivery information and to use this website lawfully. We may decline or cancel an order where information appears fraudulent or abusive, and we will explain by email where it is safe to do so.

Changes
