Shipping & Delivery Across Pakistan

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days across Pakistan, counted from dispatch. Orders confirmed before midday are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Your order confirmation email states your expected delivery window before anything is sent, so there are no surprises.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged at the courier rate for your city and parcel weight. Because rates vary, we confirm the exact delivery charge in your order confirmation email — before dispatch and before any payment. If the charge does not suit you, you may decline the order at that point with no obligation and no hard feelings.

Discreet packaging — our promise

Every order, without exception, is packed in a plain, unbranded box or sturdy mailer. The only word written on the outside is “Clothing”. There is no store name, no product description, no invoice visible from outside, and nothing that identifies the contents as undergarments or nightwear. Inside, your garments are folded in tissue paper with your exchange slip.

Receiving your parcel

Please provide a complete address with a reachable phone number so the courier can find you. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually try again the next working day — reply to our confirmation email thread if you need us to coordinate a time.

Damaged or incorrect parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or the contents are not what you ordered, photograph the parcel as received and email us within 48 hours at harisleadgen8+noorintimates@gmail.com. Faults and our mistakes are always corrected at our cost — see the returns and exchange policy.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver within Pakistan only, to all major cities and towns served by national couriers, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and Hyderabad. Very remote addresses may take an extra working day or two; we will say so in your confirmation email if that applies.
