Every Noor Intimates order is packed in a plain, unbranded box with only the word “Clothing” written on the outside — no product names, no brand, no hint of what is inside. Completely plain. Your order travels in an unbranded box or mailer with only the word “Clothing” written on the outside — no product names, no store branding, nothing that describes what is inside. The courier and anyone who receives the parcel sees an ordinary clothing delivery.
How long does delivery take in Pakistan?
Our delivery policy is 2–4 working days across Pakistan from dispatch. Your confirmation email states your expected delivery window before anything is sent, and delivery charges are confirmed in the same email — nothing is charged silently.
What if I order the wrong size?
That is exactly what our size exchange is for. Keep the tags on, use the exchange slip included in your parcel, and email us the size you need. We arrange the swap without questions and without judgement — fit is personal, and we treat it that way.
Do I pay online when I place an order?
No. Online payment is not active on Noor Intimates yet, so checkout takes no money. You place the order, send the confirmation email our checkout prepares for you, and we reply confirming your items, delivery charges and the payment options available before dispatch.
Which size should I order if I am between sizes?
Start with our size guide, which explains how to measure your band and bust at home in two minutes. If you are between sizes, most customers prefer the larger size in bras and nightwear for comfort — and if it is still not right, the size exchange has you covered.
